Form 1120S is completed by S corporations to report their annual Income Tax Return. This form provides information about the corporation’s income, losses, gains, deductions and credits. Depending on the structure of the S corporation, this form is accompanied by a number of schedules. 1120S is usually filed by the 15th day of the third month of the year. An authorized representative of an S corporation is to fill in all the required lines of the form and submit it electronically or to the appropriate IRS address.
