What Is A IRS 941 Form?

Employers are to file this form for reporting the amount of income taxes, Social Security taxes, and Medicare taxes withheld from an employee’s wages. If the employer makes a payment with this form, the attached voucher needs to be completed as well. Form 941 must be filed once every three months.
